Shipping Confirmation: We will send the shipping confirmation to you by email after the courier pick up your order. The shipping time will start to count on the next business day.
Any order with shipping address outside of Canada is tax exempted.
For order ship to any Canadian provinces or territories, tax will be collected on the total amount of the order, in accordance to the GST or HST rate applied in that region.

Return Policy & Warranty
Han Star makes every effort to ensure that customer will receive the ordered merchandise in good condition. If however, the product is defective, damaged or wrong item, they can request a Return Authorization from Han Star.
We regret that no merchandise may be returned without out a Return Authorization Number.
Please examine the products immediately upon receipt. All damaged claims must be initiated within 48 hours. Please email to email@example.com or call us at 905-470-8884, so that we can contact the carrier immediately. After we receive the confirmation of the claim from the carrier, we will either send you a replacement or a refund. Some carrier offer a very short claim period. Therefore it is vital to report the claim ASAP. Please keep the damaged merchandise, the packaging and the materials. Once the claim from the carrier is confirmed, they will inform you of the handling of the damaged merchandise.

Unwanted merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise to be returned must be in new, unused and untested condition, with the original box/packaging, all accessories and paper work enclosed. After we have received and inspected the product, we will process the refund. Original shipping and handling and return postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. 5 years warranty on Vacuum Insulation, 1 year on material or workmanship.
We will, at our option, repair or replace any product component part that fails to conform to this warranty within 30 days after receipt by our service department. IN NO EVENT WILL HAN STAR OR THERMOS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
